The Builders Tee Club
| A check for $100.00 must accompany application. We limit
our membership to a certain number, and if our membership is filled, your
application will be placed on file or returned at your request. You must be an
active participant in all activities for six months prior to consideration.
Once accepted, pro-rated dues, as determined by the membership committee
chairman, must be sent to the Treasurer, before full acceptance into club.
Applicants are not eligible to participate in Bowler’s Calcutta, Golf
Calcutta, Club Championship, President’s Cup or Two-Man Tournament. Please PRINT these forms, or complete them at your computer, then print and mail, with payment (or pay online & scan then email the form). |
